At OSU, advancing inclusive excellence is central to our land grant mission: to expand access to higher education, solve problems through research and innovation, and enhance prosperity for every community across the state, and by extension the nation and world.

OSU’s Office of Institutional Diversity collaborates with university partners to advance inclusive excellence throughout all facets of the university. Our office of Access, Compliance and Inclusive Innovation provides resources to support the development of safe, welcoming and relevant Extension programs and services that meet the needs of all Oregon communities.
