Orchardgrass response to grazing (in English)

Watch this short video to see the how fast or how slow grass regrows after grazing very short or after leaving a proper stubble height. This silent video shows the rate at which Orchardgrass regrows after different grazing heights. The principles apply to other forage grasses as well. The point of the video is that longer stubble heights provides the means for the plant to grow fast after grazing. Pastures yield more forage overall when a taller stubble height is left after each grazing.
