Applications and Certifications for Volunteers

Adult Leader Enrollment Packet (in English): ALL approved 4-H Adult Volunteers must enroll each year, either online at https://v2.4honline.com or with a paper enrollment packet.
New Adult Volunteer Application (in English): To apply, you need to complete the Clackamas County 4-H New Adult Volunteer Application. Please download and print the application, or contact Kelly Redwine to receive the document via DocuSign.
