4-H grows future leaders and provides a variety of informal and formal opportunities for youth to gain recognition and apply for college scholarships.
Leadership development
Clackamas County Ambassador Team
The Ambassador Team is for aspiring leaders ages 13-18.
Requirements:
- Involved with 4-H for at least a year
- Meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month
- Plan promotional, leadership, and citizenship events

Awards and recognition
The 4-H program recognizes our Friends, Volunteers, and Members for outstanding contributions and achievements. Each November we hold the Annual Awards and Recognition Program at the fairgrounds to honor award winners.
