Enrollment for the 2025/26 4-H year is now open.

Jefferson County uses paper enrollment forms. Please call the Extension Office at (541) 475-3808 to get your enrollment packet

The enrollment deadline for everyone is Saturday, January 31, 2026

Fees are $50.00 per member with a $100.00 max cap for families with more than 2 members in one household. Fees paid after the enrollment deadline will increase to $65.00 per member with a $130.00 max.

Payment can be made in one of three ways:

• Check made payable to OSU-JEFFERSON COUNTY EXTENSION
• Cash brought into the office (exact change only, please).
• Debit/credit card via our secure payment link
