Growing Veteran Agripreneurs

Growing Veteran Agripreneurs is a beginning farmer training program designed for veterans interested in pursuing careers in small-scale agriculture. Through this program participants will develop practical farm skills, gain practical knowledge through classes, tour local farms and engage in one-on-one mentoring. Students will work alongside the Agripreneurs farm manager during weekly field hours at the teaching farm in Central Point for hands-on experience. The program focuses on annual vegetables and herb production and direct marketing.
