Hello there - believe it or not, all foods can fit into a healthy diet. However, the 2010 Dietary Guidelines recommend a diet comprised largely of fruits and vegetables, low fat milk/dairy, whole grains and lean sources of protein, including fish, nuts and legumes. Foods high in solid fats and added sugars, as well as highly processed foods that contain a lot of sodium, should be kept to a minimum.
