Making Your Own Pasta and Sauces ~ Saturday, January 26;
If you have ever wanted to learn how to make your own pasta you will want to join the Master Food Preservers for this hands-on class. Learn to make spaghetti, penne, ravioli, tortellini, and egg noodles. A variety of red and white sauces will also be demonstrated as well as making your own gluten free pasta. The workshop includes lots of hands-on leaning as well as lunch.

If you have ever wanted to learn how to cure your own corned beef, make Irish Soda Bread, Irish Colcannon Creamy Potatoes and Cabbage and more, then you will want to join the Master Food Preservers for a fun, hands-on Irish cooking extravaganza. Cost includes an authentic Irish St. Patrick’s Day meal.
Cost $30 per person, $50 per couple.
