Basics of Fermentation
Learn basic fermentation including pickles, sauerkraut, Kim Chi and kombucha. Learn what equipment will be needed and how to use it.
The class will be held on Tuesday, August 21st, 2018, 5:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. at the Community of Christ Church, 1485 Gilham Road, Eugene.
Cost: $35 per person
