Designed for adults (alone or with their families/children), participants will learn how to make tofu that is tasty, nutritious, and a budget-friendly protein source to add to meals.
With a nutrition educator as your guide, this class will be a fun and interactive way to cook and learn how to make a new and nutritious recipe that just might become a regular staple in weekly meals. You will also be given several example ideas for meals to incorporate your baked tofu into.
Pre-registration is required, and a shopping list will be provided after you register. You will need to source the recipe ingredients yourself prior to the class.
This one-hour cooking session will be conducted virtually and requires the use of either a smartphone or a computer with internet connection. Please come prepared to participate (and cook the recipe if you can), as we will all be learning from each other!
