Need tips for lower-sugar drinks for you or your kids? This class helps individuals and caregivers to understand how sugary drinks impact health, and provides examples and recipe ideas for providing a variety of healthy beverages that you can make at home.

This Cooking Matters by Share Our Strength class session is one hour and requires the use of either a smartphone or a computer with internet connection. Please come prepared to participate, as we will all be learning from each other! Pre-registration is required. As part of this class, individuals will receive a gift card to purchase ingredients to make the demonstrated recipe(s) following participation.
