Come cook with us from the comfort of your kitchen!
This month's class will bring some color to late-winter eating, with two berry-based recipes. Participants will make Baked Berry Oatmeal and an Un-Beet-Able Berry Smoothie, with a nutrition educator as your guide and coach. This class will be a fun and interactive way to learn a new recipe, and is for individuals and families.
Your educator will provide resources for ingredient and allergen-friendly substitutions.
Pre-registration is required, and a shopping list will be provided after you register. You will need to source the recipe ingredients yourself prior to the class.
This one-hour cooking session will be conducted virtually and requires the use of either a smartphone or a computer with internet connection. Please come prepared to participate (and cook the recipe if you can), as we will all be learning from each other!
