Age may be "just a number," but dietary needs begin to change as we reach age 50 and above, and older adults have special nutrient needs.
With a nutrition educator as your guide and coach, this class will be a fun and interactive way to learn about ways to fuel yourself well. We will focus on a special topic (the essential micronutrient Vitamin B12 for this session). As part of this class, there will be a short demonstration of a Vitamin B12 rich recipe.
Pre-registration is required.
This one-hour session will be conducted virtually and requires the use of either a smartphone or a computer with internet connection. Please come prepared to participate, as we will all be learning from each other!
