Age may be "just a number," but dietary needs begin to change as we reach age 50 and above, and older adults have special nutrient needs.
With a nutrition educator as your guide and coach, this class will be a fun and interactive way to learn about ways to fuel yourself well. For each class, we will focus on a special topic.
For this session, the topic will be Vitamin B12 and its importance for balancing health and preventing disease onset such as one ages. You will learn all about this essential vitamin, how it effects health, and foods to include to get more.
Pre-registration is required.
This one-hour session will be conducted virtually and requires the use of either a smartphone or a computer with internet connection. Please come prepared to participate, as we will all be learning from each other!
