Fruit Pie Fillings, Mini Pies and Cobblers

Learn to make your own canned fruit pie fillings using local berries and fruits. Then turn the pie fillings into mini pies that can be eaten now, or frozen for later. Also included will be tips on making pie crust from scratch and fruit cobblers. Class will have hands-on activities and lots of snacking.

The Cost is $35

 

Take 4 classes and get a $35 credit toward the 5th class you take with the Lane County Master Food Preservers!!

 

The class will be held on Saturday, June 23rd, 2018, 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Community of Christ Church, 1485 Gilham Road, Eugene.
