Have you wanted to jump into the world of using herbs and spices in your cooking, but not known where to start?

This class will cover the basics of using herbs and spices in your cooking. We will go over ways to approach adding them, what flavors pair with specific seasonings, how to make your own "seasoning packets" and more.

Please join us! All classes require the use of a smart phone or a computer with internet connection. Taught with FOOD for Lane County Nutrition Education Program.
