Creating a forest management plan doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

This six-week course is designed especially for landowners who want to care for their woods but aren’t sure where to start. Each week, we’ll walk through a different section of a forest management plan—breaking it down into manageable pieces and giving you the tools, time, and support to make real progress.

You’ll learn about the resources available to you, where to find key information about your land, and how to set goals that reflect what matters most to you—whether that’s wildlife habitat, recreation, income, wildfire resilience, or legacy planning. We’ll dedicate time in each session for you to work on your plan, with guidance and one-on-one help from instructors.

By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a solid draft of your own forest management plan—and the confidence to keep it growing.

We’re here to make it easy, support you every step of the way, and help you turn your vision for your woods into a practical, personalized plan.
