Learn ways you can reduce food waste and save money, as well as how to feed your family better, while having fun turning what you normally throw out into healthy, tasty dishes. Some of the things you will learn is turning bones into meals, left-over bread into crumbs and croutons, peels into stock, and much more. Class will also include meal planning and tips for stocking a pantry.
