In this exciting and informative workshop, you will:

  • Gain the knowledge and skills to safely make two fermented small-batch products at home:
    • Sauerkraut and escabeche (fermented vegetables)

Cost includes:

  • All materials
  • Hands-on instruction using current, research-based methods
  • Printed resources
  • Light food tasting and beverages
  • One quart jar each of sauerkraut and escabeche, including lid vents and weights, to take home!
