In this exciting and informative workshop, you will:
- Gain the knowledge and skills to safely make two fermented small-batch products at home:
- Sauerkraut and escabeche (fermented vegetables)
Cost includes:
- All materials
- Hands-on instruction using current, research-based methods
- Printed resources
- Light food tasting and beverages
- One quart jar each of sauerkraut and escabeche, including lid vents and weights, to take home!
