Gain the knowledge and skills to safely preserve fruit jams at home, using the water-bath canning method and Blueberry Lime jam as the example. This jam is mouth-wateringly DELICIOUS!

Registration includes:

  • All materials,
  • Hands-on instruction using current, research-based methods,
  • Printed resources,
  • Light jam tasting and beverages.

Everyone will take home a half-pint jar of jam that they processed themselves!

There is a 15-person class limit and registration closes at 5PM on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.
