In this class, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to safely make two small-batch fermented vegetable products at home: Kimchi and escabeche.
Registration includes:
- All materials,
- Hands-on instruction using current, research-based methods,
- Printed resources,
- Light food tasting and beverages.
Each participant will take home one quart each of kimchi and escabeche, plus a lid vent and weight!
