In this class, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to safely make small-batch fermented Kimchi at home.

Registration includes:

  • All materials,
  • Hands-on instruction using current, research-based methods,
  • Printed resources,
  • Light food tasting and beverages.

Each participant will take home one quart of kimchi plus a reusable lid vent and special spiral weight!
