The Master Gardener Code of Conduct describes the expectations of Extension Master Gardener trainees and volunteers. It must be signed and filed, before an individual can begin volunteering with the OSU Extension Master Gardener Program.

The Oregon State University (OSU) Master Gardeners Douglas County is a volunteer organization sponsored by OSU Extension Service. This program educates Oregonians about the art and science of growing and caring for plants. This program also facilitates the training of a highly educated corp of volunteers who extend sustainable gardening information to their communities through education and outreach programs. Established in 1984, the Douglas County Master Gardeners Chapter is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that functions to support OSU and the community through educational projects.
