If you would like to manage pests economically, while minimizing damage to the environment and to human health, join us for this session. We will share the principles and practices that will prevent and solve pest problems in your landscape.
Whether you have a pressing pest problem and want to reduce the damage, or simply want to learn about long-term prevention strategies, this session will help.
We will discuss how to solve pest problems, beginning with resources for identifying pests, followed by tips for monitoring pest numbers. Then we will discuss ways to set a threshold for acceptable damage, and conclude with a thorough exploration of options for pest control, ranging from the least to the most toxic.
