The Washington County Master Gardener Association (WCMGA) brings you this fun workshop. Learn to grow an assortment of vegetables that make great conversation pieces and provide you with nutritious meals!
The class will cover vegetables that are typically not grown in the Pacific Northwest – bottle gourd, lemongrass, taro root, black chickpeas and more. Pick up some tips and tricks on how to start veggies from seed using a simple homemade set up. Learn how to cook them and take home some recipes!
* Class is approved for 1 hour of Continuing Education credit for Master Gardener Perennials.
