Camp counselor training

Child Protection Training

This is an interactive program designed to teach high school age youth and adults who will be working with younger 4-H members and campers about some aspects of Child Protection. In this program you will learn about how to recognize child abuse and how to respond to it. You will learn about the systems in place to help you make a report of suspected child abuse to the Oregon Department of Human Service (DHS) and the Oregon State University (OSU) Office of Equal Opportunity and Access.

Be sure you are connected to a printer when you take the training. At the end of the training program you will take a short quiz. You must print the quiz and give it to your 4-H agent to show you have completed the training successfully. Be sure to use Firefox as your browser to take the training so you will be able to easily print your quiz.
