Being a Master Gardener is about learning, volunteering and fun. As a classroom participant you will learn about practical research-based home-gardening from OSU professors and other experts in a face-to-face interactive learning environment.

The Marion County Master Gardeners Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping home gardeners in Marion County learn about the science, art and joy of gardening. MCMGA is part of the state-wide Master Gardener program administered by Oregon State University Extension (https://extension.oregonstate.edu/mg/) and supports the mission and objectives of the Master Gardener Program.
