Blueberry Pruning Workshop (English language)

Date: Saturday, February 25

Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Where: Woodburn, OR

Cost: $5 - Scholarships are available

At this workshop, participants will learn the importance of and how to properly prune blueberry plants. Andrea Retano with OSU Extension is the instructor and the event is for farmers that would like to practice with an expert and get hands-on experience.

The event will be held at the Schott Family Farm in Woodburn and there will be time to learn more about their operation and tour the farm.

We recommend dressing warm and with boots in case of rain and mud. If you have a pair of hand pruners, please bring them with you.

Coffee and donuts will be provided by the Oregon Blueberry Commission.
