Are you looking for ways to generate supplemental income from the resources on your property? Interested in growing and selling food or other commodities, but don’t know where to start? Traditional farming and timber production are not feasible for everyone. Luckily, there are opportunities for even the smallest-scale landowner to create a wide diversity of products.
Join us for an introduction to the types of products you might be able to harvest and sell from the resources on your land, including:
-
Value-added and agricultural products allowed under Oregon’s Farm Direct Marketing Law, such as jams and sauces.
-
Small-scale meat and egg production.
-
Non-timber forest products such as greenery, foraged berries, firewood, and maple syrup.
Space is limited. Registration required.
Please use the registration link to sign up everyone who plans to attend. For questions or assistance with registration, contact Carrie Mack at 541-237-6808.
