Classes currently scheduled are Feeding Your Goats, Goats 101, What Your Vet Wants you to Know and New Regulations, Know When to Call the Vet, Treating Diseases, Soapmaking, Homemade Yogurt and Kefir.
Arrive for check in between 8:30-8:45 a.m. “Get Yer Goat” is a full day of classes for both novice and experienced goat owners. A lunch is included with the event fee both vegetarian and meat options are available. This event is a collaborative effort between OSU Extension Small Farms and the Rogue Valley Dairy Goat Association.
