Grass-Finished Meat School, Class 1 of a 5-part series
This 5-evening class series coveres various aspects of producing and marketing Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Meat. Class 1, Aug. 30; Class 2, Sept. 4; Class 3, Sept. 6; Class 4, Sept 11; Class 5, Sept 18. Poster lists the topics and speakers for each class. Instructors include renowned authors, successful producers, OSU Extension livestock/grazing specialists, faculty from other universities, and speakers from the American Grassfed Association and NMPAN (Niche Meat Processors Association Network). The program coveres cattle, sheep and goats and will help you be more successful and profitable! A second registrant from the same farm may register for $30 per class; $150 for the series.
