Learn safe handling of game meat including deer, elk, boar, cougar, and bear. A representative from ODFW will speak to assessing animal health and proper shot placement. Field dressing, hanging, how-to and benefits of aging and cooling will all be demonstrated and discussed. Techniques also apply to farm kill steer, goat, etc. Class limit 50.
