Biography
Ashton joined Oregon State University Extension in January 2023 as 4-H External Communications Coordinator with eight years of experience in corporate and nonprofit marketing and communications. She grew up in Jones County, Mississippi, where she was a 4-Her, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. She earned her master’s degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication Management from the University of Stirling in Scotland.
Ashton is based on OSU's Corvallis campus in Ballard Hall and lives in Corvallis with her partner and two bernedoodles.
