Oregon county-specific resource guides
The Coast to Forest team compiled county-specific resource guides for each of Oregon’s 36 counties.
The guides highlight mental health and substance use resources.
Community Conversations about Behavioral Health Toolkit
The toolkit’s facilitator guide was adapted from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) Community Conversations about Mental Health, an evidence-based tool focused on youth mental health. Our toolkit focuses on engaging community leaders to address a broader spectrum of mental health and substance use challenges in their communities.
Radio Promotion Toolkit
Developed in partnership with Northwest Rural Opioid Technical Assistance Collaborative, the radio promotion toolkit contains resources for how to engage with local radio stations and develop content effectively. The toolkit covers best practices for connecting with local radio stations and a breakdown of different options for radio outreach. It includes sample interview guides, public service announcement (PSA) scripts, and phone and email templates for connecting with radio partners.

Created by mental health experts, educators and cartoonists, this comic provides knowledge and resources for students to help them be healthier and more resilient. If you are interested in bringing the graphic guide to your community, please contact us.
