Better Bones & Balance^® Instructor Training

BBB Instructor Trainings are delivered by a team of OSU researchers and BBB Master Trainers. Participants will learn the latest research and information about exercise programming to promote skeletal health, reduce the risk for falls, and support adults to improve overall health and well-being.

As of 2022, New Instructor Training is delivered in a hybrid format with content delivered online and in-person. Instructor Recertification is now entirely asynchronous and online. Learn more about each training in the links below.
