Publications

Our program offers many up-to-date food preservation and food safety publications. Many are written and developed by Extension faculty in the Lane County office of the OSU Extension Service in response to local questions; others are developed by OSU family food educators and by U.S. Department of Agriculture foods and nutrition experts.

Our materials are available with a small fee to recover production costs. However, many of our most frequently requested materials are being added to this website in .pdf format for reading and/or printing without charge. Check back often to see what new topics are added!

If you prefer printed copies, use our online order form or pick them up at our office. We encourage you to stop by 950 West 13th Avenue in Eugene, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m., Mon-Thurs, whenever possible to reduce mailing costs.
