4-H Youth Development

The purpose of 4-H is to assist youth in acquiring knowledge developing life skills and forming attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive members of society. 4-H is open to youth 9-19 years old as of September 1st. The Cloverbud program is open to youth 5-8 years of age. We have several clubs and leaders that serve our youth in a variety of project areas.
How to join 4-H?
All that is required for a youth to join 4-H is a strong desire to learn, have fun and completion of a simple enrollment process.
- Youth & Volunteer Enrollment Forms are available at the Extension Office
- Background Check - Required for both New Leaders & Returning Leaders (every 2 Years)
