Seed to Supper 2026 (Hermiston) registration open!

The entire course and all materials for it are free, and everyone is welcome to attend; all we ask is that you please register to let us know how many attendees to expect, so we can make sure we bring enough materials. To do so, kindly fill out the form below. (Your answers do not affect your eligibility to attend.)

Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., starting April 14 and ending April 30, at Good Shepherd Health Care System (610 NW 11th St., Hermiston, OR 97838).

The course consists of six classes total, and Tuesday and Thursday sessions are not duplicates, which means the schedule will look like this:

Tues., Apr. 14 – Chapter 1: Planning your garden

Thurs., Apr. 16 – Chapter 2: Getting started with healthy soil

Tues., Apr. 21 – Chapter 3: Planting your garden

Thurs., Apr. 23 – Chapter 4: Caring for your growing garden, part 1

Tues., Apr. 28 – Chapter 5: Caring for your growing garden, part 2

Thurs., Apr. 30 – Chapter 6: Harvesting and using your bounty

Attendees will be given the textbook (available in English and Spanish) and other garden-related materials throughout the course.
