Summary
White mold is caused by the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotrorum, and since its first report in 1915 in the United States, it has become widespread and destructive throughout most bean production areas in the world. This publication looks at symptoms, diseases with similar symptoms, disease cycle and epidemiology, and management of the fungus.
