Enjoy learning about canning high quality fruit, including berries, peaches and fruit juices, with Oregon State University Extension Master Food Preservers at a demonstration on Wednesday, July 24 in Redmond at 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm We'll be reviewing tips from OSU Extension's Canning Fruit booklet. Explore equipment including boiling water canners, steam canners and steam juicers, as well as supplies and tips for making best quality fruit products for your pantry. The cost of the class is $10.00 per person. Register by Monday, July 22, 5:00 pm The class sizes are limited.

We will be working in small groups. Minimal COVID safety protocols will be observed so masking is allowed (bring a mask if you want to use one) and we will be washing our hands upon entry.

Cancellations (emailed) by Friday, July 19, 5:00 pm Pacific Time can get a refund. Send requests to [email protected]. No refunds after 5:00 pm on July 19.
