Master Beekeeper Level

The Master Beekeeper is the third of three successive certification levels in the Oregon Master Beekeeper Program. The Master Level is a rigorous program that will challenge students to demonstrate proficiency in specialized areas of beekeeping. Students have the flexibility to design their own program within specified guidelines. Our goal is to produce competent ambassadors who can share their knowledge with beekeeping peers and the general public.
The objectives of a person working toward certification at this level reflect an ability to interpret and assess scientific literature, conduct an individual research or outreach project, and provide service to the community.
Visit the 'Spotlight on our Certified Master students' page to see examples of student projects and proficiencies.
