Reservations for 4-H/FFA Dry Lot Camping during the Douglas County Fair August 4th - 11th
Camper space reservations are for 4-H/FFA leaders/advisors, members, families, superintendents, and staff . Reservation approval is based on travel distance to the fairgrounds (one-way). Those traveling the greatest distance will receive first preference. Only available spaces will show up on the space drop-down list. Spaces are for overnight campers only. All spaces are dry camping with no water, sewer, or electrical hookups. Please do not reserve a space larger than you need. Space length is calculated end to end including bumpers and tongues. Please consult the Camp Space Map to determine if your camper will fit into the spot you are reserving. Make sure to include any slide-outs in your width measurements. Stock trailers with living quarters are only allowed if clean of manure and completely free of straw and hay. Tent camping is allowed. Each camper must have adult supervision (over the age of 25). * Only 1 chaperone pass is available per reservation.
The online reservation system will be open on the following days at midnight:
- Sun. - Mon. 6/30 12:01 am - 7/01 11:59 pm 30+ miles from the fairgrounds
- Tues. - Thurs. 7/02 12:01 am - 7/04 11:59 pm 20+ miles from the fairgrounds
- Fri. – Fri. 7/05 12:01 am - 7/31 11:59 pm Any distance from the fairgrounds
Camper spaces will not be considered reserved until approved by 4-H staff and payment is received.
Fairgrounds Livestock/Delivery Passes – Good for parking and early (6 – 9 am) access to the 4-H/FFA Camper area for delivery. Available for purchase at the Fairgrounds Office, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Main office phone (541) 957-7010.
