Enroll in a 4-H Club

We would love to have you join 4-H!

From clubs to camps, in-school to after-school, our 4‑H programs welcome all children who want to have fun, learn, and grow! 4‑H programing can suit a variety of interests, budgets and schedules. Based on what sparks their interest and guided by volunteer adult mentors, youth develop their own pathways in 4‑H. There are hands-on, learn-by-doing, opportunities for everyone.

Paying for your 4-H enrollment

Important Dates

  • October 31, 2025 – deadline for early enrollment discount
    • Save $10 on 4-H youth member fee and $5 on Cloverbud fee during October
  • December 31, 2025 – last day for volunteers to enroll
  • January 31, 2026 – last day for 4-H youth & cloverbuds to enroll and be eligible for 2026 Lane County Fair.

2025-2026 Lane County Enrollment Fees

  • 4-H youth (ages 9-19 as of Sept. 1, 2025): $70
  • Cloverbuds (ages 5-8 as of Sept. 1, 2025): $40

How to Pay

  • To pay for your 4-H enrollment, visit https://beav.es/5kC
    • 4-H Online will have a “payment” section as well, please select “pay by check” to pass this step and the above link for enrollment fees
  • For need-based scholarships (up to 50%), please go to https://beav.es/xed to apply and pay for the remainder of your enrollment.
    • Please note: when you apply for a scholarship, please put the parent/guardian name as the ‘participant’. There will be a separate section for you to list the names of all youth who are applying for the scholarship.
  • You can also pay your enrollment fees via check. Please make checks payable to OSU Extension Service and mail to our office at 996 Jefferson St, Eugene, OR 97402
