The 2025 Lane County Fair is right around the corner!

Below you will find all the resources you need to get ready for County Fair as a 4-H & FFA member.

The Lane County Fair is at the Lane County Fairgrounds July 23-27!

All exhibitors and parents must read the 2025 Fair Book (available below) for schedules, rules, and information.

Packet Pickup for 2025 Fair Exhibitors

Fair exhibitors can pick up their fair packets and wristbands:

  • Friday, July 18 at the Lane County Fairgrounds Event Center during Static Judging Day between 10:30am and 2pm
  • Sunday, July 20 at the 4-H Trailer at the Lane County Fairgrounds in Expo 2 between 10am and 3pm
  • Monday, July 21 at the 4-H Trailer at the Lane County Fairgrounds in Expo 2 between 11am and 4pm

Luncheon for auction buyers as a show of appreciation for their dedication to supporting the Lane County Youth Livestock Auction. Two complementary tickets will be sent to buyers from the last 2 years who have spend $1000 or more at the youth livestock auction. There will be limited tickets available to purchase at buyer registration for sale buyers on Saturday, July 26th.
