Fair Entry Forms
IT IS FAIR ENTRY TIME!
Every 4-H youth must complete and submit a 2026 4-H Exhibitor Packet, along with any individual project area entry forms.
[NEW FOR 2026]
Project Records
All 4-H exhibitors are required to submit one project record with their fair entry forms.
- Animal Science 4-Hers need to turn in their Animal Science Project Record.
- Feed and Growth project records for market animal 4-H projects are due at final weigh-in.
- 4-H exhibitors only need to submit one project record.
- If they are in multiple clubs, like County Ambassadors and a livestock club, then they can pick either Leadership or Animal Science project record to submit with their fair entry forms.
Remember,
- 4-H Club leader signatures are required on project entry forms. Talk to your 4-H club leaders early!
- You don't have to be enrolled in a 4-H HEARTH club to submit a HEARTH project. Do you like to bake? Build legos? Write stories? Paint? Crochet? Then, consider showcasing your talents at the HEARTH Judging day! Check out the 4-H Fair Book to see all the cool project options.
- 2026 YQCA certificates are required for all new 4-H members who are showing animals at fair for the first time.
- Cloverbuds and companion animals do not require YQCA certificates.
- 4-H Families are encouraged to contact Club Leaders or the 4-H Office with questions about filling out Fair Entry Paperwork. We are here to help answer any questions that you may have!
