All youth ages 5 to 19 are welcome to join and learn with 4-H. 4‑H clubs follow planned, self-directed programs in a number of project areas, including animal science, STEM, communication, cooking, art, gardening, and environmental science. Clubs may meet in a variety of locations and typically meet in the evenings and on the weekends.

4-H enrollments will open for the year in October.
Enrollment Deadlines:
December 10, 2024: ALL Shooting Sports members who want to participate in mail-in tournaments and State Contest
January 10, 2025: ALL Horse Project members who want to participate in Horse Pre-Fair & Fair — ALL Dog Project members who want to participate in Dog Pre-Fair & Fair — ALL Re-enrolling members who want to participate in County Fair
April 1, 2025: NEW members to Clackamas County 4-H who want to participate in County Fair
Enrollments and project additions are accepted all year. However, additions received after these deadlines will NOT be fair eligible.
Enrollment Fees: $45 per member if received by January 10, 2025, or $50 thereafter. Families with three or more members pay a maximum of $90 ($100 after January 10, 2025). Additional fee for Multnomah County residents - $15 per member, $30 maximum per family. Pay online at https://beav.es/U54 or make checks out to OSU Extension Service.
