Oregon 4-H Hall of Fame
Commemorating More Than 100 Years of Oregon 4-H
In 2004 the Oregon 4-H Hall of Fame was established to recognize individuals that have had a significant impact upon the 4-H Program and/or its members and leaders. One hundred people were inducted in 2004 - one person for each year 4-H had existed in the State of Oregon. New honoree nominations are reviewed each year by a committee of Oregon 4-H faculty and staff. Visit the Hall of Fame page to search inductees by year, county, or name.
Hall of Fame membership is reserved for adults who have made a significant impact on the Oregon 4-H Program.
Laureate Qualifications:
- 4-H Volunteers, community leaders, 4-H supporters, alumni, former faculty/staff, donors, and others who have significantly contributed time, energy, financial resources, etc. to the 4-H program and/or 4-H members.
- Current employees of 4-H, National 4-H Council, and those with 4-H administrative responsibilities will not be considered until three years following separation or retirement. The three-year rule also applies to deceased employees.
- Unsuccessful candidates must be re-nominated for future consideration.
Nominations for the 2026 class will be accepted until June 15, 2026.
