4-H STEP Classes

Our 4-H Short Term Education Program (STEP) classes are a great way to get introduced into the world of 4-H!

Most classes have a maximum enrollment of 15-20 students and are taught at Washington County OSU Extension office unless otherwise noted.

Intro to 4-H Wagon Train - Dec-May (meets monthly, includes overnight camp in May)
- Ages: 9-18
- Time/Dates: 6pm monthly, on second Tuesday of each month: December 12, January 9, February 13, March 12, April 9, May 14, then overnight camp May 31-June 2.
- Price: $150 for 4-H Non-Members, $100 for 4-H Members
Intro to Baking - Monthly December through April
- Ages: 9-12
- Time/Dates: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00p.m. on Saturdays (12/9/23, 1/13/24, 2/10/24, 3/2/24, 4/20/24)
- Price: $70 for 4-H Non-Members, $20 for 4-H Members
- Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Intro to Beekeeping- March 2 - April 6
- Ages: 9 - 19
- Time/Dates: Saturdays
- Price: $70 for 4-H Non-Members, $20 for 4-H Members
- Location: McCormick Hill Road in Hillsboro, Oregon
