Enjoying our Healthy Harvest
The Enjoying our Healthy Harvest curriculum includes 30-minute lesson plans for 9 different fruits and vegetables: apples, blueberries, broccoli, carrots, corn, pears, pumpkins, raspberries, and watermelon. Designed for educators, the materials include learning objectives, directions, discussion questions, list of materials and suggestions for parent handouts. (Grade 4-adult). We suggest using the High Speed Hand Washing lesson plan first so the class can learn how to get their hands washed in 5-minutes or less! Food Safety lesson tips using the High Speed Hand Washing technique (pre-school through adult) are included. Create your own favorite local produce lesson with a Master Lesson Plan Template.

We are currently wrapping up revisions of the Resources page, the High Speed Hand Washing page and the Local produce template page.
