Local Scholarships

Application for Jackson County 4-H Scholarship Renewal (in English): Use this form to apply for a scholarship renewal from the Jackson County 4-H Association. Due by 4:30 PM
Dennis Nevin Memorial Scholarship Application (in English): Dennis Nevin Memorial Scholarship Application. For Jackson County graduating 4-H Seniors. Due to Extension office on May 1.
Dode Memorial Scholarship (in English): This award is designed to recognize a member of the 4-H beef project for their meritorious work and encourage desirable traits, such as leadership and citizenship, in the members of the beef project. Due to Extension on May 1.
Floyd Charley Peacemaker Award (in English): Beef Project Award given out at County Fair. Beef project members ages 9-18 years old can apply. Application due May 1 to the Extension Office.
Jackson County 4-H Leaders Association Scholarship (in English): Local 4-H Scholarship for Jackson County graduating senior members. Due to Extension on March 1.
Lauren Cantrell Memorial Scholarship (in English): This is a scholarship for Jackson and Klamath County 4-H members. This should be mailed to the address in the form by May 1.
